An open-level, deliciously strong and fluid meditative krama vinyasa movement practice, with options to bring more fire to your practice or to soften and find more ease. This is for you if you are looking for a mindful yoga practice, taking time to find embodiment through the asanas. Welcoming all - beginners and those with more experience.

Scaravelli inspired yoga - 9:15AM (1.25 hours)

Listening to the intelligence of the subtle body, giving us time to unfold layer after layer, and creating a deeply present relationship with Asana, that gives rise to gentleness and strength in equal measure. Typically we work with only a handful of postures in a class, exploring each one deeply and how they relate to really knowing ourselves. As well as movement, we work with breath, meditation, contemplation, rest and sound.

Expect a dynamic flow of Asana (postures) with three rounds of Pranayama (breath exercise) designed to bring awareness and kindness with your Mind, Body & Breath. Jez works by weaving studies modern Psychology & Anatomy into the time tested methods of Yoga.. inviting you to accept where you are in the present and welcome all angles of experience during practice.. cultivating awareness, response-ability and fun, on the mat to take and integrate into life off the mat.

A fiery flow to awaken the body and connect you deeper into presence. You are invited to use the physical practice to explore your edges with kindness and curiosity, cultivating discernment and playfulness as you move. Whilst the practice may feel strong at times, I welcome you to take what you need and leave what you don’t.

A powerful and playful Vinyasa practice focusing on a flowing sequence that builds in dynamics and leads to inversion playtime. Unfortunately due to the nature and speed of the practice, this class is not suitable for total beginners but all bodies welcome with open arms.

Join me to experience and explore yoga as a tool for healing, health, regulation and truth. Breathe, flow, rest and reflect. Everything is an invitation. Come as you are. Expect fluid and at times dynamic movement with breath, grounding, psycho-education and guided relaxation practices.

Restorative Yin Yoga with Liz
Yin Yoga - 8PM (1 hour)

Come as you are, in an atmosphere that allows feelings to come and go whenever they arise, and offers a healing and holistic experience on the mat. Yin Yoga is a practice of deep listening and stillness. We will hold postures from 3-5 minutes to help nourish not only the mind and the muscles, but also the fascia, joints, tendons and ligaments.

5:30PM (1 hour)

A guided practice that allows everyone to explore their way of doing things. We work towards peak poses and always offer modifications and variations with options to choose something challenging or something a little less so. Find a space to move through anything that’s been hanging around in the body. Work with any changes that arise and make choices for your own needs. Whatever happens on the mat, be kind.

Saturday’s are a practice of recognising the divine within your own body and mind. When we focus on breath led movement within the body we start to open up to the beautiful are of embodied yoga. Moving to the rhythm of your own song, exploring postures from a playful yet challenging place. We explore breathing techniques and sound. Savasana and Mantra to close.

Candlelit Flow to Restore - 6PM (1 hour)

A gentle warm-up followed by delicious restorative yoga practice. Together we will discover how to slow down and open your body through passive stretches. Perfect finisher of the weekend, preparing your body and mind for the upcoming week. Stillness is a powerful practice.
