The style of teaching I have developed is unique to my own unfolding, and healing and is ever-evolving. Rooted in the belief that my own continued studies, practices and offerings are all deeply connected. The practices I guide are full-bodied, aiming to connect mind, body and spirit. They offer you the opportunity to release, to challenge yourself and connect deeply within, but always offset by the need for self-care and the freedom to listen to your own needs.

When I qualified as a yoga teacher, I wanted to offer a space that I felt was missing for me when I first started practising yoga - a truly accessible yoga class for beginners, where everyone is welcome no matter their age, ability, sexual orientation, race or body type. I offer an opportunity to build confidence in a studio environment, by allowing time to break down key yogic teachings in a playful way and building the foundations of a rounded yoga practice.

Having trained as a professional dancer and aerialist, I have focused my entire life on using the body as a tool for exploring emotional and physical boundaries. I teach a strong yoga practice as well as ballet and contemporary. I love being able to encourage others to use their bodies to express themselves, release energy, negative emotions; whatever they need alongside gaining fitness and having fun!

With a combination of Hatha, Yin and restorative practice. I strive to create a nurturing and safe space for students of all abilities, in an atmosphere that allows feelings to come and go whenever they arise on the mat, and to offer a healing and holistic experience.

Nina Hearne
Hi, Iām Nina, my approach to teaching yoga creates a space for inclusivity, from styles such as slow flow and restorative yoga to a strong vinyasa and inversions. Yoga as a physical practice allows us to create change and with that we learn patience and acceptance. We look for strength and length on our mats, for adaptation and exploration in the mind and importantly choices across the board. My yoga teacher training lead me through pre and post natal yoga, yoga nidra and most recently a dip into yoga therapy. I seek continuous development via yoga philosophy and have begun studying āclosed chain biomechanicsā whilst also holding a professional adult teaching qualification.

Fay Rosamond
Fay teaches a Vinyasa Yoga class which to her means to her to move with devotion and dynamically with the breath; with healthy alignment. The breath has a feeling to enlivening the form of the body creating space and a pulse (rise and fall) within the body. The postures also open up the body to allow the breath space to move into. This is a natural process and can stimulate a sense of peace and calm through your body system. It can bring a feeling of mental clarity and bodily rejuvenation. These practices are devotional, with the body and heart considered as an altar, to be felt, to be honoured and respected while placing awareness at different Chakras and acknowledgement of the feeling developed here through being human down the central axis of the spine.

Basia Zerucha
I have always felt a strong connection with nature. A healthy lifestyle, regular exercise and natural nutrition play an important role in my life. The older I was getting, the more and more confused and mentally exhausted I felt. It was hard for me to get rid of the tension in my body and negative thoughts in my head. I tried many different stress management techniques. Most of them only worked for a short time. In 2023 I completed 200YTT with the Bristol School of Yoga. I cannot wait to share my knowledge and experience with students!

Jill Mary Watson
Hello, Iām Jill. I have studied and practiced Scaravelli Yoga, Elemental Flow, Restorative Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Women's Yoga Therapy for over 12 years now. My practice is infused with meditation and mantra, and I love to share the deep toolkit that yoga offers, tending to physical, emotional, mental, subtle and spiritual aspects of self. I love to bring grounded and accessible insights from Yoga so that you can make the right choices for you, and begin to uncover the connection with your own inner teacher. Group or private sessions can support you in simply enjoying your body more, recovering from physical injury, lessening anxiety, depression and other emotional or mental challenges, or in deepening an existing devotional practice.
